By accessing or using Xvion ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Description of the Service

Xvion is an AI-powered platform that enables users to generate short-form video content, including but not limited to Reels, Shorts, and similar formats. The platform provides automated tools to assist content creation and workflow optimization.

Proprietary AI and Third-Party Services

Xvion operates its own proprietary AI generation systems. In addition, Xvion may optionally integrate third-party APIs and external services to provide additional features or user-selected options. Such integrations are supplementary and not the sole dependency of the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use Xvion.

User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate using Xvion. By using the Service, you grant Xvion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and use such content.

Prohibited Use

• Any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
• Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
• Generating or distributing hateful, violent, or explicit content.
• Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require payment or subscription credits. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Pricing, plans, and credit allocations may change from time to time with notice.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Used credits, subscriptions, and completed services cannot be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xvion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
